bathroom had peeling wallpaper and felt dirty. Had to go to front desk multiple times for linens. Sofa pull out bed had no linens on it or in the room. Cons: -Pool was cold ( they did tell us the day before arriving that it wasn’t going to be heated due to issue) -They locked one of the main doors at 8 pm for security but they didn’t unlock it in the AM and when asked the staff didn’t know anything about it or when it would be unlocked - We booked a jetted tub room and when we turned it on TONS of dirt and hair came out of jets - booked 2 nights and was given 2 towels for 3 people for entire stay, no housekeeping service and not told there wouldn’t be. We stayed with a large dog and a teenager and it met our basic needs but it just felt like the room needed a deep clean and basic repairs. It is a bit on the expensive side, especially for an older hotel but you pay for the location. We’ve stayed here before but it definitely has declined over the past few years.
